Shipping is free on all orders. Shipping costs are included in our product prices.
Most orders arrive within 3 to 14 business days. Items ship from different suppliers, so an order may arrive in more than one package. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Packaging. Our goal is plastic-free packaging for every order, using paper-based materials and compostable tape. We are still confirming packaging with each of our suppliers, so some items may arrive with plastic packaging while we work toward that goal.
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping, email info@shopNUMENA.com with your order number and we will investigate with the supplier.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopNUMENA.com with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. See our Returns and refunds policy for details.
